We Make Becoming
a New Patient Easy
At Harris Parkway Dental Care, we want to make becoming a part of our dental family as simple and seamless as possible. If you want to get the process started with us, we want to start by saying thank you and we look forward to meeting you in person! In the meantime, we recommend learning about the new patient process, what to expect at your first appointment, and your financing options. We’re happy to answer questions or clarify any concerns either in-person or over the phone.
Your First Visit
Assuming you have already completed your paperwork online, we’ll ask you to have a seat in our waiting room after you’ve been greeted by our front office team member. From there, our hygienist will call your name and bring you to the operatory for a review of your medical history and to have X-rays completed. In most cases, we perform cleanings the same day as your initial exam. After scheduling your future hygiene appointment, you’ll be introduced to the dentist, who will perform an exam and review your X-rays. Lastly, a treatment plan will be developed based on your needs and a team member will determine how you’d like to finance your care.
New Patient Forms
New patient forms are an easy way for us to get to know your specific oral health needs upfront. They also allow us to personalize your treatment experience more effectively, making it even more enjoyable. If you want to expedite your initial appointment, you can complete your new patient forms online. Simply print them out, complete them, then bring the forms to your first appointment! This will make the check-in process smoother and less time-consuming.

Dental Insurance Welcome
With dental insurance benefits, managing you and your family’s oral health becomes not only more affordable, but predictable. We are happy to be an in-network provider with Delta Dental. However, we are also more than willing to accept all other PPO dental insurance plans and will do everything possible to make sure you maximize your benefits to the fullest extent. If you have questions about your coverage, our team members will gladly sit down with you to create a treatment plan that fits into your budget.
In-Office Membership Plan
Don’t have dental insurance but want to complete essential dental care? Our in-house plan is a great way to get them done! For just one flat annual rate, you can cover your most important dental treatments at our dental office. This includes exams, cleanings, and X-rays, all of which are essential for your long-term oral health. On top of that, there are no deductibles to meet, no annual maximums to worry about, and only one group you speak to regarding benefits: your friendly dentists and team members!

Financing Available
Whether you don’t have dental insurance to begin with or your benefits weren’t enough to cover the treatments you need, there is another option that lets you pay for care over many months at a time, rather than all in one lump sum. We offer two financing options: Compassionate Finance and CareCredit. Compassionate Finance offers many financing options that can be coordinated through our dental office. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that makes managing monthly dental payments easy and affordable.
